Post Implementation and Managed Services
During the Post-implementation phase, IDL Africa provides maintenance and customer support services first under warranty and then under a maintenance and support agreement.
After you begin to use one of our solutions, our interactions continue. Some interactions are some purely technical, and others involve discussions between your users and IDL Africa support team.
We provide 24×7 support services across all our product lines .IDL Africa also offers a variety of support and maintenance packages designed to meet the specific needs of customers. Some of the key services provided as part of our support are:
- Post implementation support for incidents, service and enhancement requests.
- Regular maintenance updates (fixes and may include feature updates) on a periodic basis.
- Specific upgrade assurance packages to keep-up with the latest product release.
To increase the ROI for our clients, we also offer all of our services as Managed Services. Under this programme, we design and implement a solution and manage the day-to-day operations post-implementation. To increase performance and efficiency and lower costs, we deliver our Managed Services at the client’s site, hosted off-site or as a hybrid onsite-offsite solution.
